Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the useof the website and the internet. 8.Use of social plug-ins

We use so-called social plug-ins of social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Whatsapp, Telegram) on our website (hereinafter referred to as Twitter, Facebook and Google, Whatsapp and Telegram; collectively referred to as “social networks” and the corresponding plug-ins collectivelyas “plug-ins”). Through these plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you, and at the same time give us the opportunity to make our company and our pages better known in social networks. The legal basis for the use of social plug-ins is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The responsibility for data protection compliant operation is to be guaranteed by the respective provider.

We use plug-ins from the Facebook network, such as the “Like” button or from Whatsapp. These plug-ins are offered and operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) and are clearly marked with the Facebook logo. We also use plug-ins from the Google network, which is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA (“Google”). The plug-ins are marked with the Google logo or the addition “Google +1”. In addition, plug-ins of the Twitter service are integrated, offered and operated by Twitter Inc, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“Twitter”), and are marked with the Twitter logo or the addition “Tweet”.When you visit one of our websites that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. Irrespective of whether you have an account with the social network or arelogged in to the respective social network, information is transmitted from Internet sites containing social network plug-ins to the corresponding social network in the USA and stored there, including your operating system and its version, type and version of the browser, IP address, domain name and/or date/time stamp for your visit. The respective social network sets a cookie with an identifier each time you access the website, which is valid for two years. Since your browser automatically sends this cookie every time you connect to a server, the social network in question would be able to create a profile of the Internet pages called up by the user belonging to the identifier. If you are logged into the respective social network at the same time, the corresponding social network can assign the profile to your account and thus to your person. However, even if you are not logged in to the respective social network at the time of using our website, such an assignment – for example, when you log in to the respective social network later – is not excluded.

If you interact with the plug-ins, for example, by clicking the “Like”, “+1” or “Tweet” button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to the respective social network and stored there without our having any influence on it. The information can or will be published on the corresponding social network and displayedto your contacts there.

The social network may use the information obtained for the purposes of advertising, market research and the design of the social network pages tomeet the needs of the users. For this purpose, the social network creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed on the social network, to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to provide further services associated with the use of the social network. We would like to point out that we do not have any final knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the social network. More detailed information on the type, purpose and scope as well as the further processing and use of your data by the respective social network can therefore be found in the data protection notes of the respective social network (for Facebook: http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php; for Google: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/; for Twitter: http://twitter.com/privacy). There you will also learn more about your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy. Facebook, Google and Twitter are certified under the Privacy Shield, which means that there is an adequate level of data protection under the European Commission’s implementing decision. The certificates can be viewed here: for Facebook https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC, for Google https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI, for Twitter https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000TORzAAO&status=Active In order to avoid as a user of a social network that the respective social network collects information about you during your visit to our website, you can log out of the respective social network at the beginning of a visit to the website, delete an existing cookie of the respective provider from your browser and select the function “Block third-party cookies” in your browser settings. In this case, your browser will not transmit cookies to the server of embedded content from other providers. However, such a setting may mean that other cross-site functions besides the plug-ins may no longer be available.
